Resilient Responder is a 4-week EMDR-based therapy group designed specifically for active and retired First Responders and veterans. This group provides a structured, evidence-based approach to:

  • Metabolize and process a troubling or critical incident

  • Build resilience and restore nervous system regulation

  • Reduce symptoms associated with traumatic stress

  • Integrate difficult experiences without needing to talk about them directly

Unlike traditional support groups, Resilient Responder does not require open sharing of traumatic events. This eliminates the risk of vicarious trauma and makes space for safe, meaningful healing. Group members will engage in a guided EMDR protocol called G-TEP together, fostering a sense of connection and shared strength through positive reflection and collective regulation.
