*Currently accepting new clients - Ages 18+

Abby believes that meaningful change begins with connection—connection to ourselves and to the relationships that shape our lives. As a compassionate and empathetic provider, she is dedicated to creating a safe, welcoming space where clients can develop a non-judgmental curiosity about the relationships they inhabit and explore the personal history that forms the foundation of their identity.

Her therapy style is rooted in empathy, humor, authentic relationship, and deep understanding. Abby has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which she uses to help individuals heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. She is also experienced in working with couples through the Gottman Method, supporting partners in strengthening connection, improving communication, and rebuilding trust.

Abby is passionate about helping individuals and couples (ages 18+) navigate life adjustments and transitions, manage anxiety, depression, and stress, and address patterns that impact emotional well-being and relationship dynamics. She is excited to collaborate with clients who are ready to step into vulnerability, deepen their self-awareness, and embrace the possibility of change.
